User Agreement

1. General Provisions

Welcome to Zeuss Store (zeussindia.online). By accessing or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User" or "Customer") and Ashwal Saju (trading as "Zeuss Store").

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must discontinue use of our services immediately. We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the website following any changes indicates your acceptance of the new terms.

2. Shipping & Delivery Policy

We are committed to delivering your order accurately, in good condition, and on time. We partner with reputed logistics providers (e.g., Delhivery, Bluedart, XpressBees) to ensure a smooth delivery experience.

Delivery Timelines
  • Kerala: 2 - 5 Business Days
  • South India: 3 - 6 Business Days
  • Rest of India: 5 - 9 Business Days
Shipping Charges
  • Prepaid Orders: Free Shipping on orders above ₹999.
  • COD Orders: A flat handling fee of ₹60 may apply depending on the location and order value.

*Note: Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by public holidays, natural calamities, or unforeseen logistical delays. We are not liable for delays caused by the courier partner, but we will assist you in tracking your package.

3. Returns & Refund Policy

We offer a stress-free 7-Day Return Policy for most items. If you are not satisfied with the fit or quality, you may initiate a return within 7 days of delivery.

Conditions for Return:
  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and undamaged.
  • All original tags, packaging, and accessories must be intact.
  • Hygiene Exception: Returns are not accepted for innerwear, socks, or masks unless the product was received in a damaged condition.
Refund Process:
  • Once we receive the returned item, it will undergo a quality check (QC).
  • Upon approval, the refund will be initiated to your original payment source (for Prepaid) or bank account (for COD) within 5-7 business days.
  • If the product fails the QC (e.g., used or damaged by user), it will be shipped back to you, and no refund will be issued.

4. Cancellation Policy

Pre-Shipment Cancellation

You may cancel your order at any time before it has been shipped. If the cancellation is successful, a full refund will be initiated immediately.

Post-Shipment Cancellation

Once the order has been handed over to our logistics partner, it strictly cannot be cancelled. However, you may choose to reject the delivery at the doorstep or accept it and initiate a return as per our Return Policy.

5. Payments & Billing

We utilize secure, PCI-DSS compliant third-party payment gateways (such as Cashfree, Razorpay, or PhonePe) to process your payments.

  • Accepted Methods: UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm), Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, and Wallets.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD): COD is available for select pin codes. We reserve the right to disable COD for certain accounts with a high return/cancellation history.
  • Security: Zeuss Store does not store your card details or banking passwords. All transactions are encrypted.
